

Once you have decided which adventure or retreat you wish to join please download the Application Form and return it, completed with your 30% deposit, to us as soon as possible. If you don't have a printer, please just let us know and we will be happy to mail you the form. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis and as group spaces are limited, the sooner you get your application and deposit to us, the sooner we will be able to reserve your place.
Once we receive your application and deposit we will send you an information package including further information about your trip or retreat, a gear Checklist, Pre-trip Questionnaire and a Medical Form. We ask that you return the completed forms promptly so that we can then send out the Indemnity, Release and Certification form and so that we can provide you with the best holiday experience possible. Once you receive the Indemnity, Release and Certification Form please complete it and return it to us as soon as possible.
We require the balance of the trip/retreat fee 60 days prior to commencement, after which time no refund will be given. Refunds will be made up to 60 days prior to the beginning of your trip. There is a $100 administration fee that will be deducted. Trip prices are given in Canadian dollars. Payments can be made by cheque (payable to Sunrise Adventures), money order or direct deposit transfer.
We offer couples 5% off and family bookings 10% off. Please contact us for details.
